The first quality of this restaurant, which is too unknown to the Grenoblois, is its location in the immediate vicinity of the Estacade market. This is probably why it opens so early (7:00 a. m.) and you can eat it at the counter (chewing our lyonian friends) from potron-minet. A restaurant that can be described as a "stopover" of a beautiful simplicity where you don't bother to be a lounge… and have good character like its boss. And everyone is happy, especially the customer who will take a more than complete meal, accompanied by a good homemade bread, with the slate: calf foot salad salad, a house terrine of pheasants, beautiful oysters and the glass of Muscadet that goes well with, a feast of veal sauce, an aioli of cod, a paved cedar pavement with ceps… and a house of house spices or a charlotte to chestnuts to finish. Quality lyonaists since the products come directly from the producer and are cooked simply with respect and passion, like these homemade jams. Knowing to be simple is to know how to do good. An address like we love them.
