LE QUAI D’ORSAY
Smart would hardly have recognized it. It has to be said that the Quai d'Orsay stands like a tutorship figure on a quiet little square just a few steps away from Championnet. And that we had always known, and appreciated, a "time" façade that gave a style to the establishment. Between the old bistro and the current brewery, the Quai d'Orsay has taken over colours. A little too much to our taste to continue to play the map of the sincèrité way past. Surfing on the wave "bistro and kitchen of the day" is what is marked, the Quai d'Orsay continues to spread its pleasant terrace on a side of sidewalk doing a rounded angle. Change of ownership, but the neighborhood's regulars always seem faithful to the position at the time of the aperitif. For the kitchen, Smart was able to taste only a "banal" steak steak without great interest, while we were waiting for a genuine bistro nail kitchen that this establishment does not seem able to offer us at the moment. Let him give him a little time to find it next year.
