BOUILLON ARCHERS
Gourmet cuisine in a restaurant with a large shaded terrace
And we'd like to say to Les Archers: well done! A local institution, since it owes its name to the King's archers who used to eat here in the 17th century, Les Archers has made the right move by transforming itself from a brasserie into a bouillon. The naturally shaded terrace is always busy, and the waiters dance at a frenetic pace. The bouillon, a popular restaurant, has the triple merit of being beautiful, tasty and not too expensive. The menu features traditional French "classics", from homemade mayonnaise eggs to vinaigrette leeks, from "grandma's" calf's head to grilled andouillette, not forgetting a very generous croque-monsieur. Excellent value for money and good humor.
