LE MOLIÈRE
What the Molière is like is first and foremost the excellent quality/price ratio at lunch time. In a room - because a terrace Berriat, it is complicated - that welcomes us in a warm atmosphere and a décor reviewed last year: counter in stone and more contemporary. What doesn't change for our greatest pleasure is the kindness of hospitality - everyone smiles here, it's great - and the efficiency of the service by an attractive boss, as well as the quality of a kitchen that does well what it can offer to a price-deducing price defiant in the city center. The chef is really working on fresh and high quality products for a daily dish that is in an unavoidable formula at lunch time. Season slate that allows us to savor a salad of the Molière, a mustard sauce mustard or beef tartare, not forgetting the house burger. Also home desserts like this cream burned to chartreuse, always at unbeatable prices for such quality. An address noted and appreciated by the Futé ever since.
