At Brasserie du Fantin, lunchtime only, you can enjoy a shady terrace set in an extraordinary garden right in the heart of town, or an elegant, convivial dining room. Within the perimeter of the Michelin-starred restaurant, chef Stéphane Froidevaux prepares seasonal dishes in the same spirit of nature. Seasonal dishes using mostly local produce, full of freshness and sometimes unusual flavors based on herbs, plants and roots. Menus suitable for vegetarians. A brasserie with a difference.
