Best place to enjoy high quality meat.

Just off Place aux Herbes, La Côtelette is a fixture on Grenoble's gourmet scene, and year after year, remains one of our finest discoveries (we confirm). Long before the others, this restaurant has given pride of place to local produce in its traditional Dauphinoise home cooking. The terrace is pleasant in this pedestrian area, but what's most surprising are the rooms set in a former convent and the chapel, which hosts jazz concerts. Thick stone walls, a warm atmosphere for savoring fine meats, a low-temperature-cooked chop of cochon confit or Royan ravioles. Wine list and platters to share. A Côtelette extra!

Personnel gentil , mais visiblement en nombre insuffisant. Nous avons pris notre entrée en décalé, suite à une erreur de la commande sur ma compagne, et avons attendu près d'une heure et demie pour le plat principal , dans une atmosphère surchauffée :pas de climatisation en salle . Nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert. Nous n'étions pas les seuls dans ce cas , ce soir . Le patron nous as offert le bière en dédommagement . Dommage , cela aurait pu être une bonne soirée en couple.
