Chavant is a top-of-the-range brasserie. With its beautiful, elegant terrace and bright, cosy dining room, Chavant stands tall in the heart of Grenoble, bearing the name of a gastronomic establishment founded in Bresson in 1852. A refined establishment that takes particular care of its customers with attentive, efficient service. The menu, which is more classic than original, continues to feature the house's best signature dishes, such as langoustine ravioli with truffles and foie gras, or the famous "penne des enfants gâtés", not forgetting the daily specials, which are a not-to-be-missed bargain. Le cadre est stylé mais sobre ce qui est bien agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant et vous offre un service sans fausses notes. Ce qui est dans votre assiette est un délice, de première fraîcheur. Un petit bémol avec le magret de canard qui est servi façon brochette et qui ne convient qu'aux tout petits mangeurs. Nous nous y sommes rendus un dimanche soir et le restaurant était quasi complet... c'est dire!

restaurant plutôt classe mais sans des prix en conséquence ! les ravioles aux écrevisses sont un délice ! cuisine fine et de bonne qualité, les serveurs ,bien habillés , sont très sympa ,je recommande pour une soirée un peu gastro pour se faire plaisir en amoureux par exemple

Très bel endroit, très classe, des serveurs aux petits soins... Le tartare de dorade est excellent et l'écrasé de pommes de terre aux olives à tomber ! C'est fin, c'est frais... et très correct niveau tarif.
