LE BISTROT PARISIEN
Traditional cuisine brought up to date in a bistro that retains the charm of its origins.
Parisian in name only, this bistro has all the makings of a Grenoble. Formerly a "Parisian grill", the place has found a new lease of life with the arrival of chef Guillaume Patin and Andrea Schnedecker, who offer us a version of the bistro that blends tradition and more contemporary bistronomy. A room that has retained its charm of the past century, with lively tables, including a large table ideal for groups. Local produce, most of it organic, is used to create an excellent seasonal cuisine inspired by traditional recipes brought up to date. Another great pleasure is the wine list, which is also nature-oriented.
