Residence Patricia is a modern building (the residence is 4 years old and the building is LABEL certified) ideally situated just steps from the banks of Isère, the Bastille and the Jardin de Ville, close to all shops, restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the train station. If you arrive by car, parking (fee) is available. And inside is how? Adorable home: You're always busy, because there's even a night watchman. 25 studios and apartments of the highest quality/price ratio (from 79 €/night for a short stay and 70 €/night for a stay of more than one week). From the studio of 26 m 2 to the 70 m 2 loft, the rooms are bright, the lovely decor (each apartment has its own theme), comfortable comfort and complete equipment: kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven and hot plates), modern bathroom or shower, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi connection, but still umbrella and baby chair upon request to come to the family. There is a laundry service at your disposal. Last recommendation from the Smart: Book directly by phone or on the website of the Patricia to choose your apartment with terrace or offer a express breakfast. A residence with a human size.

Positives: A decent hotel at the centre of Grenoble, from where you can pretty much access everything on foot. The room was spacious and clean and also included a kitchenette. The staff was polite and friendly. The hotel also has a closed parking area where you can park your car for 12,5€ per day, which is very reasonable.
Negatives: Even though the room was clean, when I went to the reception office the first day I found it to be messy, full of dirty cups, glasses and plates used for serving breakfast etc. I didn't like the sight of that.
The room was lacking air conditioning and the period we visited was very hot. The parking spaces are really small, as is the parking area.
The breakfast was served in the room and the choices were limited. The fridge was not working very well (needed to be defrosted).
Overall, good value for money!
