Et que dire du repas et du service : on est dans de la gastronomie pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. ( le restaurant est d’ailleurs souvent complet ) . Le service est assuré par les étudiant.e.s de l’école hôtelière : courtois , polis , professionnels et bienveillants…après le dîner , vous êtes conviés au salon , autre lieu très agréable … c’est un réel plaisir de faire une halte dans un tel établissement .
