Founded by Jacques Glénat in 1969, this Grenoble publishing house - now located in the old monastery Sainte-Cécile - offers an essential library in the heart of the city. A real reference for all lovers of the comic strip. In this real temple where one wishes to spend its days, we discover the wealth of home titles in all areas: adventure, fantastic, history, humor, independent, youth, police, science fiction… Not forgetting the very provided manga radius, BD and comics, or pocket radius. What is not missing, above all, are the regular events at the bookstore, such as dedications. An important address for Grenoble and all those of you passing through the train station, who want to escape in BD, and to prolong the pleasure, the visit of the Convent Sainte-Cécile allows you to access a unique library of its kind comprising more than 20,000 works in different fields (comic, mountain, sea, heritage, gastronomy, practical life…).
