Aymeric Ponsart, a lover of beautiful things and good sound, continues to share his passions with us in a place like no other. The inspiration for the brand is American. It can be felt in the cabinet-style décor of a place of curiosities made in the USA, a place of alcohol not drunk elsewhere. Between Place aux Herbes and Place du Palais, a bar where you can discover cocktails with unique flavours, homemade drinks from across the Atlantic (US craft beers), while listening to good music (live, preferably on the weekends). All this in the strange setting of a slightly decadent cabinet of curiosities. It's not very big, but frankly, who cares, you just have to be there!
