Set within the historic walls of the Couvent des Minimes, it's a haven of peace with one of Grenoble's largest (1,000m2) terraces, a lively place open to all kinds of encounters. Conceived by Marie and Mathieu, Minimistan is a café, a coworking space, a gourmet canteen with dishes made from fresh seasonal produce, a place to taste and an evening bar where you can enjoy house spirits: gin, génépi and pastis, local beers, wines, cocktails and softs accompanied by tapas.

Founded by Marie Pesenti and Mathieu Genty, Le Minimistan café, bar and restaurant welcomes you to Grenoble for lively events. Here, you have access to an open-plan venue, creating spaces of freedom where a variety of activities take place, from morning to night. For example, you can visit the coffee shop between 2 and 6 p.m. to sample the chefs' pastries, with a hot or cold drink, depending on the season and your mood. From 5 p.m. to midnight, give way to the party atmosphere of the bar, where you can relax and enjoy yourself. Reserve your table and liven up your evenings with à la carte suggestions. Choose from ten varieties of craft and local beers, ten tasty cocktails, a colorful wine list and summery soft drinks, including local and organic Margerie fruit juices. With l'Aperitivo, Mexican tapas specialist Chantal concocts aperitif boards with a variety of influences to accompany your drink. A great address for fun and entertainment in Grenoble!
