A beautiful, old place for the achievements of Nicolas Perret, an assembler of tastes, flavours and aromas, a little in the way of a wine assembler. We love to seek subtle harmonies in these cakes and the composition of different layers made from selected products with the utmost rigour. Thus, honey comes from the best beekeepers in the region and is absolutely recommended to taste all the shades of its gingerbread! A treat. From Charlottes to Belcanto, from the Royal to orange chocolate passing through Amber, in any case you have to taste everything!
