A family business created by Guylène and Jean Bossy over 30 years ago. A brand of excellence combining several gourmet professions, from pastry chef to caterer, which continues to flourish in Manon's hands. Le Chardon Bleu has 6 boutiques, including 3 in Grenoble and 3 in the Grésivaudan region, where you can discover all the home-made delights. Wide opening hours to enjoy pure butter pastries.
