At Les Écrins, chef Alexandre Gratian represents the5th generation of a family of passionate pastry, chocolate and ice-cream makers who have been established in Grenoble city center since 1880! Their inimitable know-how is complemented by the latest pastry and chocolate-making techniques, to ensure the success of their surprising creations. Excellent fine nut chocolates, palets d'or, feuillantine, crème de marron/rhum, orangettes, moka, cherries in brandy, etc. There's also a tea room where you can enjoy a snack from one of the excellent in-house pastries. Customized desserts, wedding cakes and ceremony cakes to order.
