For over 30 years in Grenoble, people have been coming to this house to savor an Impératrice - a candied clementine covered in chocolate cream, a marvel of its kind - as well as famous logs during the holidays, chocolate molds for Easter, exceptional entremets and succulent pastries all year round. Nous avions pour habitude d’acheter nos chocolats de Noël chez cette grande enseigne Grenobloise.
Quelle déception cette année après la cessation d’activité du fondateur. Où sont passés les mandarins avec leur belle volute généreuse de chocolat ? Les mandarins d’aujourd’hui sont plats ou presque plats. Le chocolat couvre à peine parfois la demi mandarine confite!
Revenez vite à ce qui a fait de la maison Bochard, la référence Grenobloise.

J'ai acheté chez le très renommé chocolatier Bochard à Grenoble, un gâteau au chocolat, pour fêter un anniversaire. Je pensais me regaler avec un très bon gâteau de chocolatier et malheureusement celui ci était rassi. Quelle déception ! Il est inadmissible qu'un chocolatier de renom ose vendre un gâteau qui n'est pas frais.
