LES DÉLICES DAUPHINOIS
This chocolate shop is held by Norbert Meunier, a chocolate professional since 1985. After 10 years in Pont-de-Beauvoisin, in Savoy, he moved to the city center of Grenoble to the great satisfaction of gourmets. In addition to its traditional chocolate range, its dolinoise specialties based on walnut or chartreuse, it offers a wide range of traditional chocolates. The chef explains that chocolate, pure origin, is received in bread and then undergone several transformations before being consumed. First the melting, then the tabulation (descent in temperature then uplift) to transform the molecules and finally molding and coating. The house produces about fifty chocolate candies, 20 types of chocolates in tablet (pure origin), buoys, beggars, roses of sand, florentines and mini florentines, but also confectionery. Among the specialties of Dauphinoise, around the walnut of course, walnuts of Grenoble with fragrant almond paste, caramelized walnuts or spreads cream. A very greedy address.
