And although Pascal Ferrazzi is no longer at the helm of the store, the quality of the products on offer remains the same, as Mathis - who worked alongside Pascal Ferrazzi for 6 years - has taken over this gourmet brand. Still the same quality for croissants and pains au chocolat, our morning Proust's madeleines, and cakes that take us to faraway destinations, not forgetting other house specialties based around chocolate. New proposals to come as the months go by. A must at Easter, with original themes. The very best in gourmet delights.
