Eric Esnault, a true wine enthusiast, takes us on a gustatory journey through the Alpine terroirs and the producers he has carefully selected. Starting with France. In a well-appointed boutique (which also features an online store), you'll discover some 150 wine references from the Alps and 300 from other regions, notably the Rhône Valley. A fine selection of wines without additives or sulfites, always from environmentally-friendly winemakers. Wine-tasting workshops. A cellar at the top.

Excellente adresse à la fois pour les profanes et les amateurs éclairés voire pointus. Là où le caviste se distingue en marge de l'originalité des vins qu'il propose, c'est dans l'échange qu'il partage avec le client, en effet intarissable sans être bavard, il raconte les vins. Il vous vous conseille en fonction de vos goûts, des accords mets-vin et aussi de votre portefeuilles!
