In our gourmet nets, there are few fishmongers in the center of a city far from the sea. That's why we've decided to take advantage of the mornings when the Jean Doré is open to stock up on seafood at Les Halles Sainte-Claire. Fish freshly line-caught or caught by small boats from French ports. Good advice on preparation and how to find a nice boneless fillet. Regional fish specialties, with trout from the Vercors, féras or perch from Lake Geneva, and fine oysters to delight us at holiday time. Good fishing.
