The menu is divided between Savoyard specialities that make us melt with pleasure and the specialities of the Basque Country - here, we like the 64 as much as the 38! - with inimitable flavours. A beautiful house, with a warm interior and the natural warmth of the wood oven for perfect cooking and remarkable flavours. Generous plates made from good products on both sides: quality cheeses and cold cuts, perfectly prepared fish, Basque pâté, sautéed chipirons with bayonnaise, piquillos stuffed with cod, homemade foie gras, to finish with a white chocolate mousse with Espelette chilli pepper. Beautiful wine list for successful pairings. A Rack and Pinion among the best addresses in the resort.
