When the happiness comes with a Edelweiss on the slopes of our beautiful mountains, it is that you are in L'Alpe d'Huez! It is in this establishment, held by Jean-Luc and Valérie in the heart of the station, that you find the good mood of a friendly atmosphere and the flavours of our land which the chef prepares us with special care. We like to be received as a truly privileged host, almost like a family member, not as a tourist in this lovely chalet. We love the kindness and smile of Valérie who presents us the map of the many specialities of the house: fondues, pierrades, grills, without missing a famous yellow beef stem to table cognac or pagoda that is absolutely necessary to discover. And if you air the mountains don't forget the sea air, a Smart mention for the fisherman menu with a homemade fish soup, a world-smoked salmon trio and its toast, a filet stone fillet or a marmite of Saint-Jacques. Décor and meals guaranteed more than warm, staged by a professional team. A Smart address open all year round, one of the few, which cannot be passed.
