Alpe d'Huez is a magical place. And to take full advantage of this, institutions must be at the height of the site: magical institutions. Futuristic pyramid located on the slopes, this Signal 2108 is definitely a café-restaurant all the most magical. The view from the sunny panoramic terraces heated in winter on the slopes, the resort, the sublime landscapes of the snow-capped mountains is simply breathtaking. You want to ask yourself, just under the sun, feet in the powder, and never again. At this summit in Alpe d'Huez we come all day to enjoy all the benefits of a two-storey establishment and two services. On the ground floor, the "self" concept of altitude, high quality restoration, in a contemporary decor coloured in a beautiful for green. A heart for the famous penguins with which we share an excellent homemade home (everything is home) or hot dogs for all budgets. Here you can drink (brasserie and solarium all day), you can "snacker" or "luncher" at midday in a relaxed atmosphere. On the floor, in a more refined decor, slippers at the foot (you can leave your ski boots and take slippers) with their furs to warm up our seat, we discover a carefully packed kitchen, always made with quality products: Beaufort chunks in the grout of green tomatoes and its young salad shoots or a Foie gras de duck en bowl and its chutney apricot pumpkin. To follow, the Crystallized Lamb Epaule 6 hours to black olives and rosemary, season vegetable pot, a Risotto to scallops and gambas, crustacean cream and potato chips or reblochon and reblochon lasagna. To end in beauty, a Pyramid like a lemon pie, almond biscuit and meringue. It is a must for the evenings with catski and special menus (from 55 € to 110 €), a must especially not miss. A gourmet signal, a Smart address and an extra sun for Alpe d'Huez.
