MEDIEVAL HALL
One of the largest medieval halls in France with impressive dimensions, built between 1257 and 1309.
In the heart of the old town of La Côte-Saint-André, it is one of the largest medieval market halls in France with impressive dimensions - 76 m long and 29 m wide - and surely one of the most beautiful with its exposed beams, its five levels formerly attributed to different guilds and its medieval charm which has stood the test of time. Built between 1257 and 1309, and listed as a historical monument, it is still used as a market on Thursday mornings, but also for free concerts during the Berlioz Festival.
