The Katana is a restaurant of Japanese specialities located in La Tronche. It offers a tasty, fresh and creative cuisine. The chef is in charge of concocting "minute" and homemade dishes. In his menu, you will discover a large choice of formulas . Forexample, you can taste his famous Yakisoba noodles or his tuna and salmon chirashi. You can also be tempted by its different sushis: mackerel, eel, tuna avocado, salmon egg... Vegetarians are not forgotten, they will find adapted options. Nous avons passons un excellent repas, de l'entrée au dessert, nous nous sommes régalés.
De plus, le lieu est très joliment décoré aux ambiances du Japon, bois naturel, belles céramiques, poisson, le chef sushi au centre, de jolie rideaux tissés. Tout est pensé avec goût et délicatesse pour partager un pur moment de régal.
