The Katana is a restaurant of Japanese specialities located in La Tronche. It offers a tasty, fresh and creative cuisine. The chef is in charge of concocting "minute" and homemade dishes. In his menu, you will discover a large choice of formulas . Forexample, you can taste his famous Yakisoba noodles or his tuna and salmon chirashi. You can also be tempted by its different sushis: mackerel, eel, tuna avocado, salmon egg... Vegetarians are not forgotten, they will find adapted options.
