A amazing experience, worth 2 Michelin stars in the plate without the cost of a fluffy service. Florian is an amazing cook and host. The menu changes on a monthly basis to accommodate the season. 80 EUR for a 6 course meal, excluding drinks, is a very fair price for the quality, imagination and subtlety of this experience.

Des produits de qualité, du goût, des surprises gustatives, un excellent gastro ou bistronomique, un excellent rapport qualité prix, des saveurs, de la couleur.. quoi demandez de plus

Un déjeuner décevant , une pièce de bœuf commandée « bleue » servie presque saignante mais froide, purée de céleri truffée servie « froide » 30€
une entrée foie gras presque microscopique facturée 15€ un dessert à la clémentine avec trois quartiers de clémentine ( mal épluchés) posés sur trois pressions de crémeux agrume un morceau de sablé trop cuit et deux pressions de texture à fort goût vinaigré. Ne vous avisez pas de dire au patron que vous êtes déçus car il vous expliquera que c est vous qui ne comprenez rien puisque son restaurant est «  plein « Merci à ce gentil serveur qui faisait son premier jour à qui nous avons donné un billet pour son travail très appliqué. Comme quoi nous ne sommes pas des radins …
