It is not so serious not to be near the beach because you have Lake Laffrey, about 900 kilometres from Grenoble and m above sea level, one of the most beautiful in the region. Its pure water is so icy, so invigorating. It practises sailing sports: catamaran, boat, windsurfing… The sailing club offers rent or internships.
