Just 20 minutes from the lake of Paladru, between the Tour-du-Pins and Les Abrets, this iséroise countryside area has an address that is no longer required. But if the country has been receiving us for more than 40 years, it has been only two years since it changed its hand to those of the charming Annie Cartillier who perpetuates the best of tradition there. On the orders of this beautiful house she knows - she worked there before taking over the reins - Annie has done some work, like this pleasant veranda which allows us to prolong the pleasure of being in the middle of a preserved nature. Children's games, a ball pitch for parents, relax in this pleasant setting. Everyone is around the table to enjoy local cuisine, careful and generous. Start with the famous home-grown buffet with homemade meats and quality dishes depending on the season. By talking about season, the fall takes us with a wild boar or hare civet, but we also have to try morels, morels, crayfish chicken, the excellent recipe from line to capers, to the excellente. While winter leaves the mash with a good chimney fire. Dishes to eat on the spot, but it's new - also to take with a large card to get fun. Ideal for business meals such as family meals - offering turnkey events - the Residence is among the Smart addresses.

Decent food in a quiet setting, but CATASTROPHIC services. We went there On sunday Heritage Day, so the owners of the restaurant could easily have planned crowded. However the slow service, due mainly to the staff shortage, was hard to bear; almost 3:00 with table, for a perfectly normal meal (not a reception!).
Too bad…
