PASSAGE CASTLE
A 16th century castle with an architecture impregnated with the spirit of the Dauphinois, and a chapel with 3 marble altars.
Summer visit of the castle by the owners. This old fortified house built in the 16th century, seduces by its architecture impregnated with the spirit of the Dauphinois with attics covered with scaly tiles. In the 18th century, the castle was endowed with a chapel with 3 marble altars and a grand staircase. To see: the grand staircase with its cage, the roofs, the billiard room, the living room and bedroom on the ground floor and the south wing. One of the most remarkable castles of the Dauphiné which was the subject of restoration work of the frontages and painted decorations.
