Parish church, with a square bell tower overlooking the ramparts, and a Gothic lantern adorned with a pepper-box turret
Formerly the chapel of the Augustinian convent in 1425, it became a parish church in 1791. Its square bell tower overlooking the ramparts makes the Morestelloise church - listed as a historic monument - one of the canton's finest medieval religious legacies. The church owes its current appearance to the 19th-century architect Berruyer, whose Gothic lantern features a remarkable pepperbox turret at one corner. The interior has been completely renovated, with a central stained glass window by Christophe Berthier.
