The sensitive natural area of the Lemps pond, which spans 23 ha, is the area of the cistude turtle. An endangered native species threatened by the Florida turtle that people relax in nature. Cistude leaves the mud where it hibernation in March. Then active at its pace. She complete on the edge of the water for long siestes siestes, but at least noise, she comes under her shell or plunges into the pond. So chut! Be sure to stay discreet if you want to admire his black black striped dress! Discovery of wild fauna and flora through a thematic path, an observatory (herons, orchids…) accompanied by the nature guide of the General Council present daily on the site from 13 h.
