Restaurant with terrace at the Villages du lac de Paladru offering home-made dishes with good products and meats
The setting is enchanting. Between the blue waters of Lake Paladru - a pontoon is provided to moor your boat just in case - and the gentle curves of the valleys, L'Envol au Vent takes us on a gourmet journey. At Cathy and Greg Vincent's, happiness is savoured at every moment spent on a marvellous summer terrace savouring a traditional and high quality cuisine. The view is breathtaking - Futé advises you to book to be perfectly placed in the front row - and to whet your appetite. Cathy offers us homemade dishes made from good products prepared with great know-how and a lot of love: a delicious duck foie gras with pear and chestnut brioche toasted, an old-fashioned braised veal chuck, the classic frog's legs or a famous lobster "en vol-au-vent" (to be reserved in advance). All that's left to do is to take a dip in the lake, passing by the beach just below, to prolong the pleasure. In the summer, you can also enjoy the snack bar on the beach, just below the restaurant. You have to have a good time at L'Envol au Vent
