Poliénas, a small town in the Isère region of France, is home to Philippe Falque-Vert's farm. This farm, which has been in existence for over 400 years, offers visitors the chance to discover the farming profession. Holidaymakers can also stay in the farm's gîtes, La Noyeraie and La Maison des Fleurs, for a country vacation close to the Vercors. At the heart of the farm are walnuts, corn and wheat, as well as cattle and a farmyard. Farm products, such as fresh eggs, walnuts and walnut oil, are available for sale to holidaymakers and locals alike. For cycling enthusiasts, the gîte has the "Accueil Vélo" label, offering numerous routes for cyclists.
