Then, after a second shower, you go into the room of the steam bath, which is shown regularly to dive into the cold water pool. We savonna with black soap and you can make an excellent scrub to eliminate dead skin. After complete cleaning, you will be advised to continue wellness treatments with body modelling or foot reflexology. At the Institute, the perfect complement for a total well-being is the beauty treatments, the spa rituals, the Spa bike (water with pedal), sauna or Bodyware (vertical solarium with plates).
