LO FIEU
A magnificently converted former barn serving local cuisine and sharing dishes cooked over an open wood fire.
It's the other, brand-new table in the L'Emulsion gourmet restaurant. In the same spirit of quality products, there's even home-made charcuterie... but in a slightly less formal setting, a table for sharing set up in a chic rustic barn with its beautiful central fireplace (Lo Fieu) for wood-fired cooking. Traditional Dauphinoise cuisine cooked over an open fire, we nibble on a country terrine in a convivial atmosphere, before a terrible pâté en croûte and a Clavisy rib-eye steak. Bottles in perfect harmony. Don't delay!
