In exceptional circumstances, exceptional recommendation. Le Petit Futé will recommend an establishment that it has not yet been able to test due to a health crisis! But it doesn't matter, because we're so sure of our case. In this pretty corner of the Isère countryside, just a stone's throw from Grenoble airport, there is an authentic château full of charm and an equally charming restaurant run by the excellent Bertrand Millar. A faultless journey in starred restaurants (Pic, Meneau, Lorain...) for this chef who knows how to magnify the best seasonal products, mostly local products, such as this perfectly cooked egg, emulsion of Comté cheese and walnuts of Grenoble A.O.P., quail stuffed with foie gras, braised legs, aubergine caviar and thyme sauce, to finish with a creamy strawberry and Chartreuse mousse, red fruit sorbets and white chocolate. We'll let you judge, but we'll come and taste it as soon as possible! Brunch at the castle on Sundays from May to September with access to the swimming pool. Cooking lessons. Possibility to organize private events (weddings...) with accommodation.

Par contre j'ai trouvé le buffet du brunch un peu "léger", pas grand-chose de chaud, et les goûts assez fades.
Celui qui y vient pour un petit déjeuner tardif c'est bien, mais celui qui souhaite un déjeuner tôt, c'est un peu juste.
Personnel souriant et accueillant.
