LE FUNICULAIRE
Eat at the top of the Funicular, bathed in pure air and surrounded by fantastic landscapes. At the arrival of the Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet funicular, at 1,000 m altitude, this restaurant seems suspended in the vacuum. From the panoramic terrace there is a magnificent view of the Alps, not forgetting the permanent spectacle of paragliding that colors the sky of their sails. A breathtaking terrace for an establishment perfectly integrated into its surroundings, including its vegetalized roof that does not distort the site. The room, with its red armchairs and its large bays, extends the beauty of our mountains. Kitchen side, good regional products with seasonal recipes according to market discoveries and traditional recipes made with quality local products. Among the specialties, a roast camembert, mountain charcuterie, a dolphinian gratin and its green salad. Thematic evenings are sometimes organized. An address above clouds to savor greedy moments.

Entre le suprême de poulet cru pour 4 assiettes sur 6 et une qualité des plats pas au niveau du prix payé le repas dans ce restaurant à été décevant.
Je passe sur le service deplorable et les temps d'attente interminables entre les plats (surtout pour un poulet cru au final).
Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce restaurant
La carte n'est pas très étoffée mais mieux vaut que cela soit ainsi et que tout soit très bon... et c'est le cas !
Mention spéciale pour les filets de rougets en tapenade servis avec un succulent risotto.
Le service est courtois et sympathique.

We go regularly with friends who are not corner, and they enjoy both dishes well presented and refined that the magnificent views. What more could you ask for... The opinion of sly little minx told real: -)
