If beer is fashionable, Grenoble has a long tradition of brewing, and this is where the Brasserie du Dauphiné comes into its own. Vincent Gachet created Brasserie du Dauphiné over 20 years ago to perpetuate the passion passed down by his grandparents, who worked at the Frise brewery. Using a name famous throughout the Dauphiné, Mandrin, he produces exceptional beers, notably using local produce such as Dauphiné walnuts and Alpine water! Enjoy Mandrin with walnuts, fir, hemp, Chartreuse plants, an amber IPA... Organic beers, seasonal beers, Face Nord beers, a house brand for refreshment, and Alpenglow house whisky.
