Grenoble-Alpes Métropole is a fertile breeding ground for innovative ideas. Let's head for Eybens and Saint-Martin-d'Hères, with two urban mushroom farms developed by Hamid, an agronomist, and Maxime, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, the creators of Champiloop. This project embodies the values of both people and nature, bringing producers and consumers together in the heart of the city. It allows us to enjoy organic oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, with delicious recipes on the website. Introductory mushroom-growing workshops and an easy-to-use home-growing kit are also available. Urban agriculture is a reality.
