Gourmet restaurant and mountain gîte with a saffron menu.

A haven of peace where one comes as much to enjoy an exceptional environment, surrounded by the peaks of Chartreuse, as to savor a home cooking made from the good products of the local soil. Starting with the saffron grown on the spot. Céline and Philippe treat us to Chartreuse meats, saffron specialties such as sautéed pork with saffron, Chartreuse cheeses and home-made desserts. Visit of the saffron farm and home-made products (pure saffron, jam, syrup, flavored salt...). Quality lodging at the Inn to never leave.

Excellent déjeuner dominical à la ferme de Brévardière: des produits savoureux, un accueil chaleureux, une décoration soignée. Le tout à proximité immédiate des itinéraires de raquette et de ski de fond de Saint-Hugues-de-Chartreuse. A refaire!
