MUSEUM OF RURAL LIFE
Jean Cottin, retired farmer, has been collecting agricultural equipment for 40 years. In 1990, with other volunteers, he created the association of rural life from this small collection. Demonstrations in demonstrations and with the support of local communities, the background of the museum are growing: 3 000 pieces are now exposed under a 1 500 m 2 building. The Araires room presents many tools, ranging from necklaces to manual combines to grain sorters. Outside is exposed to the screw press to make grape juice or apple to the strength of hands. Museum equipment can be made available to communities or associations for exhibitions on past trades.
