3 Faisans is run by a passionate restaurant couple - Mathilde Lerouge, head chef, and her husband Franck, pastry expert - who perpetuate the tradition of good eating. In a cosy dining room with a large, shady terrace, dishes are inspired by the finest seasonal produce: foie gras royale with raspberry condiment, house specialty with sweetbread fricassee. Excellent desserts and a harmonious wine list. A private room is available for all types of events.
