Among the artisanal microbreweries in the Alps, here's Nicolas Fernandez and Stéphane Louvion's Brasserie des Cuves. In this former garage in Sassenage, they set up their tanks in 2015 and brew excellent traditional beers with Grenoble water, source Rochefort, blended with quality ingredients. Blonde, rousse, white and black, these are very pleasant, well-balanced beers, made in the tradition of master brewers. Even more local is Belle Noiseuse: a beer with nutty notes inspired by Dauphin aperitifs. Beers that arrive at your door in a variety of pack sizes to share with friends. Barrels to fuel your evenings.
