Although this magnificent château overlooking Lake Monteynard-Avignonnet dates back to the very early 17th century, the Castillan family has been overseeing its new destiny since 1965. In 1985, after extensive refurbishment, the château opened its doors as a hotel and restaurant, with Patricia and Charles Castillan at the helm. In a marvellous natural setting, guests come to enjoy an authentic gourmet table, run by Charles Castillan, featuring traditional cuisine. A fine wine list. An exceptional address.
