Un séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse par le personnel de l'hôtel. Leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité ont rendu notre expérience vraiment mémorable. Les chambres étaient confortables et bien entretenues, et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, avec tout à proximité. Je recommande! :)

Location in ski boots are a bit far from the center but the diable lift and the bus stop are very close.

We have returned from the most wonderful stay at Hotel Serre-Palas. We were travelling as a couple and could not recommend a stay here enough - the hotel was clean, cosy and the owners were so friendly, warm and exceptional helpful. Our room was immaculate with enough storage space for our ski gear and luggage.

Breakfast was delicious - a great continental selection, lots of choice and the croissants were yum. Diable lift and shuttle bus were a short walk away, (like 4 minutes in shoes, couple of minutes longer in ski boots!) shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Absolutely ideal!

We booked through Sunweb and would 100% stay here again on a repeat visit. I don't know how the hotel star system works but this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Fantastisch! Heel vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaars. Hygiëne en netheid is 100% in orde. Kraaknet. Gelegen in een rustig deel van Les Deux Alpes. We voelden ons hier helemaal op ons gemak in alle rust. Alles wat we nodig hadden. Wandelafstand met skibotten naar de lift Diables. Of skibus naar Jandri nemen. (Gratis) stopt nabij hotel.

We have had a fantastic stay with Serre-Palas. The owners are sooo kind and they took account of our request for a quiet room. Their breakfast is very extensive and delicious! The location is also near the diable ski elevator and close to the bus stop of the free bus service. The rooms are really tidy and cosy decorated. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!
ps: tip, if you walk behind the hotel you will find a gorgeous viewing point over the valley.

Windows and walls are a bit outdated which makes it feel cold in the room at times. We heard our neighbour snoring at night, so the walls aren’t very thick. Wonderful location, wonderful staff. Would have loved eggs or something for breakfast, but can’t complain :)

Un véritable lieu de paix et d'harmonie. N'est-ce pas l'idéal pour des vacances ?
Les propriétaires du lieux sont très accueillants, aimables et à l'écoute de la clientèle.
La chambre est chaleureuse et très propre, le lit douillet, bref les ingrédients idéals d'une bonne nuit de sommeil reposante.
Au matin le petit déjeuner est excellent, il y en a pour tout les goûts (fruits, sucré, salé, pour petits et grands) sans être dans l'excès du choix, tout est parfait et on est au petit soin !

Dans un coin très calme, proche de la remontée mécanique du Diable (5 minutes de marche), on a en plus la possibilité de laisser notre matériel de glisse en consigne en plus c'est au rez de chaussée donc bien pratique quand on a les chaussures de skis aux pieds. À proximité il y a également la télécabine qui permet de descendre au village de Venosc.

Il n'y a rien à changer, et je continuerai à venir passer du bon temps ici !

We booked this hotel with Sunweb and were pleasently suprised. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help or answer any questions. The rooms are clean and cosy and are cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing and a there was a huge variety to choose from. The nearest ski lif to the hotel is the Diable Ski lift and its easily accessible by foot. Although it's not in the center of Les Deux Alpes, there are a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Can recommend!

This is the best 2-star hotel we ever visited. Super friendly owners, good location. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The only room for improvement in breakfast would be the coffee and maybe some eggs.

Anyhow, would come back to this place. Although not recommended during Christmas / NYE as the whole village is super crowded. Better off visiting in march.

Une très agréable surprise qui n'appelle qu'à revenir !!!
Il faut tout d'abord souligner l'accueil et le souci du bien-être qui nous a été réservé, avec des conseils personnalisés selon nos demandes, tout en gardant un côté professionnel mais familial avec des attentions touchantes.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres et le petit-déjeuner offert est très copieux et varié. Emplacement idéal au calme tout en étant à proximité de tout pour un prix très honnête par rapport à ses prestations.
Un grand bravo et un immense merci à nos hotes qui nous ont choyés et permis de passer un très agréable séjour. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas vous mettre plus d'étoiles, elles sont très largement mérités !
