In the heart of Villard, a gastronomic address run by Marie-Laurence and Fabrice, who warmly welcome us in an elegant setting. Meticulously-crafted cuisine blends good regional produce with gourmet escapades featuring flavors from elsewhere. The Découverte menu is full of surprises, with a fillet of sea bass in sweet chili oil, citrus semolina, pickled peppers and zucchini, finishing with a chocolate cream, crispy puff pastry, fresh fruit and sorbet. EXCELLENTE cuisine inspirée. Concoctée et présentée par des passionnés. Un cadre bien agréable et un accueil au top. N'hésitez pas à y aller, vous ne seres pas déçus. D'excellents menus de midi en semaine, un foie gras aux agrumes à tomber !
