After 13 years at the helm of the Fairway, André Buisson, a chef trained at top restaurants but also a hotelier in Villard-de-Lans, has handed over the reins to Ben and Yann. What won't change is the ideal location of this address in the heart of the village and the beauty of a dining room that takes us back to a mountain chalet. On the latest summer menu we were able to try out, dishes full of freshness and flavor include fillet of Vercors trout and spider veal with Vercors blue cheese sauce, as well as burgers, ravioli and a menu of pizzas.
