Creative home cooking by André Buisson.

After 13 years at the helm of the Fairway, André Buisson, a chef trained at top restaurants but also a hotelier in Villard-de-Lans, has handed over the reins to Ben and Yann. What won't change is the ideal location of this address in the heart of the village and the beauty of a dining room that takes us back to a mountain chalet. On the latest summer menu we were able to try out, dishes full of freshness and flavor include fillet of Vercors trout and spider veal with Vercors blue cheese sauce, as well as burgers, ravioli and a menu of pizzas. Très bon restaurant de Villard de Lans. Un super cadre typique des chalets montagnard avec des produits variés mais de qualité, vous en aurez pour tous les goûts. Nous sommes très satisfaits du service et du repas, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous recommandons !

L'ambiance est conviviale, le patron et la patronne sont aux petits soins, la salle est calme est très agréable. La cuisine est de qualité. La carte se renouvelle très peu. Pour un burger ou une tartine ou une salade certes de qualité, les prix sont un peu élevés
