MY LITTLE TERROIR
If the notion of land is attached to a geographical location that is more or less defined, everyone can take it to share it. My Little Terroir is the perfectly successful association of Marianica Sanna - a lovely, welcoming, loving, dynamic, dynamic customer serving its customers- and Mark Lawrence, passionate cook trained in local cuisine. At the time of meals, with the possibility of a very practical takeover service during school holidays, the traditional "entrance/dish/dessert" is not displayed, but gourmands discover a tasty main dish to the Italian or English identity, realized with products from Vercors (farm eggs, organic sausages…), and a home dessert, why not share. Among the chef's specialties: an essential Fish & Chips Royal -the best of places-the Duo of organic sausages of the Plateau, a gourmet Hamburger, the vegetarian Antipasti or mixed or gnocchettini (Sardinia pasta) organic. Beautiful family atmosphere, without chichi, to eat well and drink with family or friends. My Little Terroir is still a grocery store from here and elsewhere, mixing products from Vercors and Sardinian or English products, not forgetting local beers. A small address by the size (25 covered), but a great address to open the mind and the papillae.
